The mission of Detroit Mountain Recreation Area is to promote sound environmental recreation and educational programming to develop the health and wellness of children, families, and communities. A donation to DM supports facility improvements, our Ski Angel program, and year-round outdoor recreation. Since its revival in 2014, DM has welcomed more than 35 local schools and 5,000+ students for skiing experiences. Through Ski Angel, we partner with schools and nonprofits to provide instruction, lift tickets, and equipment to those who may not otherwise have the opportunity to participate. Your support helps keep outdoor recreation accessible and our mountain thriving for generations to come.
