At Excellerate Youth, we believe every young adult deserves the opportunity to build a meaningful, independent life. For those transitioning out of foster care, that journey can come with unique challenges. Through our 14-week program, we provide practical life skills, meaningful connections, and support to help students navigate adulthood with confidence. From financial responsibility and goal setting to healthy relationships and accountability, we equip students with tools they can carry into their futures. We also work to remove barriers to independence. For eligible graduates, receiving a vehicle can open doors to employment, education, and new opportunities. More than a program, Excellerate Youth is a community of people walking alongside young adults as they take their next steps.
